Web Photo Search

The Internet is clearly the largest image database in the world, allowing you to find almost any photo. The problem is that most search engines offer a very difficult way of looking for photos and few options for this purpose. Most average computer users may want to have a specialized Windows application, which can simplify the photo searching process. An application which can be useful in this situation is Web Photo Search.

You can guess what this program is about just by looking at its name. It's a Windows application which allows you to look for any photo on the Internet, just by typing a part of the photo's name. While looking for photos, Web Photo Search will display thumbnails for each of them, allowing you to quickly spot a desired photo. The application uses the most popular search engines for looking for photos, but unfortunately, the user cannot choose which engines should be used and which should not.

After finding all the desired photos, the user can just double click on any of them for previewing the photo in full screen. Optionally, he can use the slideshow feature, for browsing through all the found images. After previewing an image, one can set it as a wallpaper or he can send it as an email attachment with a single mouse click. Unfortunately, there is no option for saving the image on the hard disk, as a regular graphical file.
